The Become Event is the fourth and final gathering in The Behold Experience. This day is designed to help women grow into the kind of disciples who can walk confidently, compassionately, and clearly alongside other women in their faith.

Instead of focusing only on personal growth, Become invites women into a fuller calling: learning how to disciple from a place of overflow rather than exhaustion.

Built around the Discipleship House framework, the event guides women through the key “rooms” of spiritual formation—from learning how to begin relationships well, to cultivating deep community, to tending the inner life with God. Each session is rooted in the life of Jesus and offers practical ways to live out discipleship in everyday relationships.

Focus: Becoming the kind of woman who can help another woman grow in Christ.

Throughout the day, we explore:

• Beginning discipleship well: learning how to cross the street, listen deeply, and create safe spaces for spiritual conversation.

• Growing together in community: understanding the foundations of faith, sharing life deeply, and practicing Scripture-centered discipleship.

• Shape of a whole-hearted disciple: tending the inner life, practicing confession and healing, and learning to walk with the Spirit.

Goals: The Become Event equips women to:

• Live out their identity in Christ with clarity and courage.

• Understand how to disciple another woman using the Discipleship House.

• Build meaningful, Christ-centered relationships that lead to transformation.

• Grow as whole people—mind, body, and spirit—so discipleship flows from health rather than burnout.

• Step into a life of intentional impact within their homes, churches, and communities.

The day concludes with a commissioning moment called “Called by Name,” where each woman receives a blessing rooted in the meaning of her name, reminding her that God sees her, knows her, and sends her with purpose.

The Befriend Event is the third part of The Behold Experience, and it focuses on leaning on the Holy Spirit for guidance, strength, and connection in every aspect of life. Here’s an overview:

Focus: The Befriend Event emphasizes deepening our relationship with the Holy Spirit, cultivating trust in God and others, and stewarding our time, talents, and resources for His glory. It’s about learning to rely on the Spirit for both personal and communal growth.

Structure: This event is a one-day gathering, offering immersive teaching, group discussions, and practical workshops that help participants encounter the Spirit’s presence and connect with God and others in meaningful ways.

Goals: The Befriend Event encourages participants to deepen their reliance on the Holy Spirit and walk with other women in faith, ministry, and leadership. Through this event, The Behold Collective provides tools and insights for spiritual growth, relational health, and stewardship, while fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.

The Believe Event is the second event of The Behold Experience and focuses on Jesus as King.

Focus: Embrace Jesus as King!

The Believe Event dives into understanding the kingship of Jesus and what it means to live as a citizen of His Kingdom. It emphasizes faith, discipleship, and purpose, helping women connect their daily lives to the greater story of God’s Kingdom.

Goal: Learn to Live Boldly and with Purpose

The Believe Event equips women to see Jesus as King, understand the reality of His Kingdom, and actively live out their roles as Kingdom citizens. It provides clarity and direction for how to serve and disciple others in alignment with God’s plan.

The Focus: The Behold Event centers on knowing God and beginning to understand ourselves through the first three chapters of Genesis. It’s rooted in Scripture and explores God’s goodness, His creation, and humanity’s relationship with Him.

The Goal: Reflect on what’s holding you back and where God is leading you.

To create a foundation where women encounter God’s character, understand their identity in Him, and begin crafting a framework for intentional living through their Behold Path.
