Our Purpose

To cultivate a movement of women who make disciples.

Our Values

We value:

  • Relational Investment: We build relationships. We disciple through presence, not programs. We prioritize people over platforms.

  • Courageous Communication: We communicate clearly, directly, and with grace. We address tension in person.

  • Whole-Life Alignment: We steward our head, heart, and hands. When one area is misaligned, we speak up.

  • Full Responsibility: We are committed to the purpose. We do not operate in silos. We carry out our roles and tasks fully and ask for help when needed.

Our Mission

We are developing a clear, reproducible disciple-making pathway that equips women and churches through immersive events, curriculum, and leader training.

Our Vision

To see churches equipped with women who lead and multiply disciple-making communities.

  • Jesus is our Savior. Jesus Christ is our only Savior and King. Salvation is found in Him alone (John 14:6; Acts 4:12). Through His life, death, and resurrection, He has established the Kingdom of God and invites us into allegiance to Him.

  • Faith and forgiveness. When we repent and believe, Jesus forgives, purifies, and restores us (1 John 1:9). Salvation is not only forgiveness but the beginning of a transformed life as His disciples.

  • God’s Word is true. All Scripture is God-breathed and trustworthy for faith, formation, and practice (2 Timothy 3:16). We believe disciples are formed through a deep and disciplined engagement with God’s Word.

  • The Holy Spirit dwells within believers. The Holy Spirit dwells within believers, guiding, empowering, and transforming us (1 Cor. 6:19; Ephesians 1:13–14). The Spirit produces Christlike character and equips us for faithful obedience and disciple-making. Baptism is a significant act of fulfilling all righteousness and a public declaration of Jesus as King.

  • We belong to God’s Kingdom. Through Christ, we are one body (Galatians 3:28–29), called to live as citizens of His Kingdom. We await His return and the restoration of all things (1 Thess. 4:17), faithfully participating in His mission until that day.
