A Pantry & Laundry Room Practice
This simple, two-sided handout is designed to guide women into honest, Scripture-centered reflection within trusted community.
Rooted in the Discipleship House, the Triad Formation Questions lead women through four movements of formation:
Behold — noticing who God is
Believe — examining where trust in Jesus is forming or faltering
Befriend — responding to the prompting of the Holy Spirit
Become — stepping into intentional obedience
Each section also includes a Beyond prompt, helping women look outward—considering how their formation shapes the way they love, serve, and disciple others.
The front side offers guided questions to help women name what is true beneath the surface. The back side provides a simple response liturgy for prayer, confession, and encouragement within a triad (group of three).
Designed for use in the Pantry & Laundry Room—the space of confession, accountability, and renewal—this resource helps women move from awareness to alignment in a way that is both honest and grace-filled. It’s a formation tool to add to your growing knowledge of who God is and who you are in that.
How to use:
Download and print copies for your triad, discipleship group, or Sisterhood gathering, or share the PDF digitally for each woman to access during your time together. This resource is designed to be simple, repeatable, and easy to bring into any setting.
Whether used in a Behold Sisterhood group, a discipleship cohort, or a small circle of trusted women, this practice cultivates:
clarity in identity
consistency in confession and prayer
courage in obedience
movement toward discipling others
Simple. Reproducible. Transformational.
