    • Printable invite cards and bulletin inserts

    • Event logos and branding assets

    • Promo images and mockups

    • Small group or table discussion prompts

Many of the resources are intentionally designed to be easy for churches and ministry leaders to use within their own communication channels, including announcements, newsletters, social media, and women’s ministry promotions.   • Some slide decks may be provided in editable formats (such as PowerPoint or Canva), while others may be distributed as finalized PDFs for consistency and brand protection.

  • Absolutely. The social media assets were created to help women invite others into the experience through simple, relational sharing.

  • Certain events may include printed workbooks or physical materials with registration, while downloadable resources are typically available digitally through the resource page or attendee portal.

  • The resources are intended for use within the context of The Behold Collective and affiliated gatherings, churches, cohorts, or discipleship groups. They may not be reproduced, resold, or taught independently outside approved settings.

  • Yes. The resource page may continue to grow as new promotional assets, teaching materials, discussion guides, and bonus resources become available.

  • Not always. Some resources are specifically designed for attendees, while others are intended for pastors, women’s ministry leaders, volunteers, or church partners helping promote or host the event.

  • Because discipleship is meant to be lived relationally and practically — not just experienced during an event. These resources exist to help women continue conversations, cultivate community, and faithfully walk others through the journey of formation.
